I design clarity into complex products, workflows, and platform systems. My work often begins where requirements are incomplete, stakeholders are distributed, or an inherited solution no longer reflecting what people need. I use facilitation, information architecture, rapid prototyping, visual design, and front-end thinking to move teams from ambiguity to a direction they can all align around and build.

The following projects below show that approache across several different conditions: a high governance marketing workflow, an early stage event engagement product, and a healthcare portal redesign that began as a client recovery effort and evolved into a more reusable platform direction.
